2005 Customer Services Team of the Year

The winner of Customer Services Team of the Year 2005 is Gunwharf Quays Centre Management Team. Please welcome back Deborah Owen-Ellis-Clark

It's all about creating a memorable visit at Gunwharf, and the work is paying off. Last year, 19 per cent of visitors said they'd had a better experience than on their last visit, and dwell time was up by 14 per cent. It just goes to show - offer customers great standards of service and they'll keep coming back for more.
